Plugging of spray decks left our client susceptible to a forced outage.  GN2 proposed a concept to hot tap the vessel and install new spray lances while the vessel was still in service.

As commercial solutions for installing the lances were not available, GN2 designed and fabricated a sealed lance installing machine.  Full shop test was performed to validate it's operation.
